Welcome parents!!
The mission of St. Peter’s catechetical program is to help all participants and their families develop a relationship with the person of Jesus Christ and to live out their Catholic faith in ways that draw others to Christ and the Church. Our religious education program is for children in grades K-12.
Grades K through 8
In grades K through 8, we use a curriculum in conformity with the Catechism of the Catholic Church that focuses on specific faith themes and content in each grade and/or sacramental preparation.
Grades 9 through 12
Grades 9 and 10 focus on preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation, while grades 11 and 12 continue teen formation through topics such as Theology of the Body.
Class Times
Classes are held Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:10 am, from September to May in the school building adjacent to the church.
Registration
To register your children for the 2023-2024 year, please print and fill out the online form below and mail it to the church office at 219 Adams Ave, Montgomery, AL 36101 or drop it off in the collection basket at any Mass. Forms can also be found at both entrances of the church.
